Wild Horse Found In Chains – Watch Him Thank His Savior

Veterinarian Ovidiu discovered a wild horse with chains around his legs in Letea, a part of Romania. Some people in the area feel that the wild horse population is out of control, so putting chains around their legs has become a common practice. Horses are illegally caught and this prevents them from running away, but they also appear to be without food or water. We are not familiar with practices in this part of the world, but it makes us wonder what the whole point is?
